These terms explain the permitted use of our website and public demonstrations. Commissioned captures, hosted client experiences, marketing content, equipment and support are governed by the quotation and service terms accepted for that project. Sending an enquiry does not itself book a project or an appointment.
2. Exploring Wanderhouse
You may browse the website and use a public demonstration to understand Wanderhouse and assess whether it is suitable for your needs. The public Bloom Cottage demonstration includes the captured property experience and Wanderhouse Ask. Its fly through video is available on the website.
The public Bloom Cottage experience is a browser demonstration and does not support VR headsets. Fit, Compare and other features not included in that demonstration may be discussed or demonstrated separately. The features available within an individual client project are those expressly included in its quotation.
3. Understanding the information shown
A Wanderhouse experience helps you understand a captured space. It represents the areas included at the time of capture; it is not a live feed or confirmation of a property’s current condition, availability or specification.
Captures, images, floor plans and visual tools do not replace a physical inspection, survey or the professional checks appropriate to buying, renting or booking a property or venue. We will take reasonable care over the information we provide, but lighting, access, reflective surfaces, device settings and changes to the property can affect what is shown.
Wanderhouse Ask uses AI to respond using the captured space and relevant supplied information. Responses may be incomplete or mistaken. Repainting costs are indicative estimates, not contractor quotations; material quantities and furniture fit should be checked before you order or carry out work. An illustration is not a verified measurement unless expressly identified as such.
4. Information you enter
Keep questions relevant to the property. Do not include confidential information, sensitive personal details, payment information or personal information about other people that you are not entitled to share. Our Privacy Policy explains how enquiries and questions are handled.
5. Content and permitted use
The Wanderhouse brand, website, software and demonstration materials belong to us or the relevant rights holders. You may view them and share public page links. You may not download or extract a property capture, reproduce our film for your own marketing, remove notices, or resell or redistribute content without permission, except where the law permits this.
Clients’ rights to use paid deliverables are set out separately in their service agreement. These website terms do not remove those rights or transfer ownership of any property, client supplied material or third party content.
6. Security, access and availability
Do not attempt to access private experiences without permission, bypass access restrictions, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or use automated tools in a way that disrupts other users. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or investigate misuse.
We aim to keep the website and public demonstration available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. Public demonstration content may change. A paid client’s access period and any service commitments are governed by their separate agreement.
Links to external sites are provided for convenience. Those sites have their own terms and privacy information. A link is not a guarantee of their content or service.
7. Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing removes statutory consumer rights.
We do not guarantee a sale, letting, booking, offer or commercial result from using the website or demonstration. No general disclaimer in these terms overrides an express obligation we accept in a client contract.
8. Changes, concerns and applicable law
We may update these website terms for future use and will show the effective date of the published version. Changes do not retrospectively amend an existing client contract. Please contact hello@wanderhouse.co.uk about an error, access concern or complaint.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales will deal with disputes, subject to any mandatory rights allowing a consumer to rely on the law or courts of their home jurisdiction.
