What we use and why
We use necessary cookies or similar storage to operate and protect the website and remember your choices. Google Analytics can provide limited cookieless measurement or, with your permission, fuller measurement using analytics cookies. We do not use advertising pixels in the launch setup described here.
Analytics cookies are optional. You can explore the public Bloom Cottage demonstration, watch the film and contact us with only necessary storage, or turn analytics off completely through Manage preferences.
Your choice
You can choose Allow analytics for fuller measurement using analytics cookies, or Allow only needed for limited cookieless measurement with analytics storage denied. Manage preferences also lets you turn analytics off completely. You can change your choice later through Cookie settings. Turning off analytics stops further analytics and removes the analytics cookies we control. It does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
The same approach applies wherever optional analytics runs on the marketing website or separate property viewer. Any storage genuinely needed to make the service work is explained separately from optional analytics.
Demonstration reference links
Some links to the public Bloom Cottage experience contain a reference code that helps us count visits through that link. The reference is part of the URL; that fact alone does not establish whether the counting system sets cookies or stores visitor identifiers. The Privacy Policy explains the associated technical processing. Any optional storage or tracking used by that mechanism must follow the applicable visitor choice.

The preference control on this website uses the storage below. Google Analytics follows the choice you make in the cookie banner: analytics cookies are used only when you allow them, while Allow only needed sends limited cookieless measurements. You can turn analytics off completely through Manage preferences. The separate Wanderhouse viewer has its own technical controls.

The 180 day browser storage durations are the configuration of this new implementation. They are separate from the two month detailed analytics data retention decision. The exact measurement ID, any supplier security storage, and the separate Bloom Cottage viewer’s inventory still need to be checked before publication.
Google Analytics cookie expiry and retention of analytics data are different settings. Our agreed two month detailed analytics retention period does not mean that every cookie expires after two months or that all aggregated reports are deleted then.
