Your buyers, clients or guests can explore online through desktop or mobile, choosing where to go, where to stand and what to inspect. They can also use a VR headset to step inside at life size and get a stronger sense of scale and how the spaces connect. We take care of the capture, production and delivery.

We provide access to the Wanderhouse platform, configure it with your captured properties, supply and set up a Meta Quest headset, and show your team how to select and launch each viewing.

Every Wanderhouse experience can be explored online, with or without a virtual reality headset. With a headset, viewers can step inside the property at life size and move naturally from room to room, looking around freely. This gives them a stronger sense of scale, space and how the rooms connect, helping them feel as though they are really there.
What happens from booking to delivery?
Step 1: Plan
Tell us which property or spaces you want captured and the additional content or features you would like. We quote each project individually and agree the capture date and production schedule with you.
Your quotation covers the capture, production and agreed online access, together with your chosen extras. We also confirm any privacy or sharing requirements at this stage.
Step 2: Capture
We visit the property with our equipment and professionally capture the agreed rooms, connecting spaces and outdoor areas. Have the spaces ready as you want them presented, and let us know about any areas or personal details that should remain private.
Step 3: Create
We process the Wanderhouse capture and build your experience, alongside the marketing content and Wanderhouse Intelligence included in your project. You provide the supporting property information for Wanderhouse Intelligence, such as specifications, facilities and answers to common customer questions.
