Does this replace an in-person viewing?

No. Wanderhouse helps serious buyers decide whether a property is worth seeing in person, especially when they are overseas, relocating or travelling a long way.

Do clients need a VR headset?

The best experience is through a VR headset because it gives the strongest sense of actually being inside the property. Web access may also be available where appropriate.

Is this the same as a 360 tour?

No. A standard 360 tour can be useful, but Wanderhouse is designed to feel more natural and immersive, helping the buyer understand how it feels to move through the home.

Who arranges access to the property?

Access is usually arranged through the buying agent, relocation agent, selling agent, seller or representative. We agree the practical details before each project.

Who pays for it?

Wanderhouse can be introduced by the buying agent or relocation agent and paid for directly by the client as a specialist add-on. White-label options are available for suitable partners.

Can it be used for off-market or private properties?

Yes. Wanderhouse previews can be private and access-controlled, then shared only with approved buyers, agents and decision-makers.

How long does it take?

Timings depend on the size and complexity of the property. We agree the expected turnaround before each project, with rush turnaround available where suitable.

Do you work outside Bath and the South West?

Yes, by arrangement. We are based near Bath and can travel further for suitable projects.
