Your Wanderhouse experience can be explored online or at life size with a compatible VR headset. We handle the capture, production and delivery, with optional marketing content, Wanderhouse Intelligence and a Viewing Suite to suit your project.

We quote each project individually, based on the spaces being captured, the additional features you choose and your online access requirements. Your quotation sets out the capture, production, hosting and any extras included in your project.

We’re based in Bath and cover the South West. We can also travel elsewhere in England and Wales, depending on the project.

Have the rooms arranged as you want them presented. Put away personal documents and items you want to keep private, and tell us about any areas that should remain outside the capture.

Yes. Outdoor areas, annexes, outbuildings and shared facilities can be included. We agree the spaces to capture with you and include them in your quotation.

Yes, once a completed show home or representative property has been captured. That Wanderhouse experience can help present other homes with the same layout and specification while they are still being built.

Yes. Your Wanderhouse experience can be added to your website or shared directly through a link. We agree how it will be added to your website as part of your project.

Yes. Access can be restricted to invited clients or other chosen viewers. We agree the sharing arrangements with you, including for discreet property searches and private presentations.

The hosting period is agreed in your quotation. It sets out how long the experience stays online, what viewing use is included and any applicable ongoing charges.

You provide the property details that sit alongside the capture, such as specifications, facilities, policies and answers to common customer questions. Wanderhouse Ask combines this information with the captured space to help viewers get practical answers while they explore.

Yes. Wanderhouse Compare can be included when several properties or layouts have been captured, helping viewers understand differences such as room sizes and living space. We agree which properties and information will be included as part of your project.

Yes. Alongside online exploration through desktop or mobile, a compatible VR headset lets you step inside the captured space at life size. Move naturally through rooms, look around freely and experience the scale and layout as though you are there. We recommend trying Wanderhouse in virtual reality for the fullest immersive experience.

We set up a dedicated viewing space in your estate agency branch, leasing office or development sales suite. We provide access to the Wanderhouse platform, configure it with your captured properties, supply and set up a Meta Quest headset, and show your team how to select and launch each viewing. Your team can then guide buyers or prospective residents through several properties at life size during one appointment.

For planning, allow a clear viewing area of at least 2m × 2m, with a clear buffer around it and space alongside for your team. We confirm the layout with you when planning your Viewing Suite.
