Terms and Conditions

This page summarises the general basis on which Wanderhouse discusses and delivers projects. Project-specific terms, scope, pricing and timings are agreed in writing before work begins.

Project scope

Each Wanderhouse project is scoped around the property, access requirements, agreed internal floor area, hosting period and any optional extras such as rush turnaround, additional areas, white-label branding or enhanced private access.

Access and permissions

The client or appointed representative is responsible for arranging suitable property access and confirming that all required permissions are in place for scanning, processing and sharing the private preview with approved viewers.

VR headset access

VR headsets are not supplied, hired or provided by Wanderhouse. Clients and end viewers are responsible for having access to a compatible headset, suitable internet connection and any required device setup.

Private previews

Wanderhouse previews can be shared through private viewing links with approved buyers, agents and decision-makers. Any additional confidentiality, access-control or white-label requirements should be agreed before the project starts.

Pricing and payment

Pricing is based on the agreed scope and internal floor area of the main property. Additional areas, travel, rush turnaround, re-scans, staging changes or specialist requirements may be charged separately.
