Guide pricing assumes one main residential property, one scheduled capture visit and a standard layout. Separate buildings, extensive grounds and specialist requirements are quoted individually.

Estate agents can commission individual properties at the standard residential guide price, or choose a 3, 6 or 12 month partnership. Each partnership has a minimum commitment and a fixed saving on every immersive preview commissioned during the term.
The preview totals are minimum commitments. The fixed saving applies to every immersive preview commissioned during the term, including any above the minimum.

Venues, hotels and luxury stays
Tailored quotation
No two venues or stays need the same spaces captured. Tell us which guest-facing areas people need to explore, and we will quote only for those spaces. You do not need to include back-of-house, operational or private areas unless they add value to the finished preview.

Residential property projects include 90 days of initial hosting. Hosting for venues, hospitality businesses and longer-term commercial projects is agreed as part of the quotation.
