What is Wanderhouse?
Wanderhouse creates high-quality immersive previews of real homes, venues and places to stay.
We professionally capture the space and create a preview that people can step inside using a compatible VR headset, with desktop and mobile access also available.
This helps them understand the layout, flow, scale and feel of the space before deciding whether to travel, view, enquire, book or buy.
How is a Wanderhouse preview different from photos, video or a standard virtual tour?
Photos and video show selected views of a space. A Wanderhouse immersive preview gives people the freedom to explore it for themselves.
They can move between rooms, look around naturally, revisit areas and understand how the different parts of the space connect.
This provides a much clearer sense of layout and scale than clicking through a series of images or fixed 360 viewpoints.
Who is Wanderhouse for?
We work with buying agents and relocation consultants, estate agents and property developers, and wedding venues, boutique hotels and luxury stays.
We are also happy to discuss other projects where allowing someone to experience a space remotely could help them make a more informed decision.
Do viewers need a VR headset?
A compatible VR headset provides the fullest Wanderhouse experience and is the best way to understand the space.
Every immersive preview can also be viewed on desktop or mobile, so people can still access it without a headset.
Wanderhouse does not supply or hire VR headsets, although we can recommend suitable compatible options.
How do people access the immersive preview?
You will receive a hosted link that can be shared directly with buyers, clients or guests.
The same link can be opened through a compatible VR headset, on desktop or on mobile.
Private access options are available for sensitive, high-value and off-market properties.
How much does Wanderhouse cost?
Residential projects start from £3,500 plus VAT, with pricing based primarily on the internal floor area and complexity of the property.
Venue, hotel and hospitality projects are quoted individually because the areas being captured and the way the immersive preview will be used can vary considerably.
Every quotation explains exactly what is included before you decide to proceed.
How does the process work?
We begin by discussing the space, its audience and what you would like the immersive preview to achieve.
We then agree the scope, arrange the on-site capture and create the finished preview.
Once it has been reviewed and approved, you receive a hosted link ready to share with buyers, clients or guests.
How long does it take?
The on-site capture time depends on the size and complexity of the space.
A residential property may take several hours, while a larger venue, hotel or multi-building project may require longer.
We will provide a clear capture plan and estimated delivery date before the booking is confirmed.
How should the space be prepared?
The space should be clean, tidy and presented exactly as you would like viewers to see it.
We recommend removing unnecessary clutter, confidential information and anything you would not want included in the finished preview.
You can choose which rooms and areas are captured, and we will provide clear preparation guidance before the visit.
Where do you work?
Wanderhouse is based near Bath and regularly works across the South West and the Cotswolds.
We also undertake projects throughout the UK, so wherever your property or venue is located, we would be pleased to hear about it.
